A peaceful, well-maintained place for a day or two, and a good trip with family or friends. The pool was clean, with a separate pool for kids, and there's a game zone with enough games. Food and staff were good too. In summer, I preferred the poolside view to the riverside one. You'll need a personal vehicle to get there, as local transport isn't available.

Both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian food were delicious, which was a highlight for us. Mangoz Resort is tucked among the woods, with a peaceful atmosphere that's just right for unwinding with family and de-stressing. The friendly, supportive staff and management made us feel at home. A great spot to connect with nature and loved ones. Highly recommend! 🌳

We booked this place to relax, but loud DJ music played from check-in at 1 PM until around 8 PM, and our room was literally vibrating. We called reception three times to ask them to stop or turn it down, but nothing changed. We also contacted Cleartrip twice. The music paused for about 10 minutes, then came back at the same volume. In the end, we had to go to reception and argue. We asked for a refund because the booking information never mentioned loud DJ events. Had we known, we wouldn't have booked. The receptionist said they couldn't stop the DJ for one guest because a group had booked. It felt as if individual guests don't get priority over groups. Their own rulebook says quiet hours are from 6 PM to 7 AM and advises guests not to disturb others, yet the loud music continued during those hours. After a long argument, they finally moved us to another room where the noise was comparatively lower. The view was average, nothing special, but the food was good. For the price, I wouldn't recommend this property, especially for anyone wanting a peaceful stay. There are better choices in the same price range. It seems more suited to families or groups who are comfortable with loud DJ music and a party atmosphere, not people looking to relax.

We went as a family after checking several Google reviews, and the place didn't disappoint. It's easy to reach from the main highway on decent roads, with only about a two-minute drive to the hotel. The property is well maintained, and I liked the staff's attitude. Our riverside room was clean, had good AC and was big enough for 2-3 people. The food was decent, but the breakfast spread could improve and the prices felt too high for what you get. I'd recommend it for families and groups. It's also a good spot for bird watching.
