I rarely write negative reviews, but this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. They ask for the money first, and once they've taken it, they act like gundas. The members I dealt with were indecent and spoke about standards they didn't maintain. The service was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Really good hotel, and the service was excellent. The staff were decent, and it's couple friendly too. All good ❤️

I've often stayed at this hotel, but this time was a really bad experience. The rooms weren't clean, the food was a problem, and the lift wasn't working properly.

The room was okay, but not worth the price. There was no food service.

The room itself was good, but it was small in the washroom and had no geyser. My main problem was check-in: if you'd booked through OYO for under 1200rs for a non AC room, the property manager wouldn't let you in, saying the price was below their tariff. They told me to sort it out with OYO myself, which can easily take 1-2 hours. The receptionist's attitude was arrogant and unfriendly. I felt like I was begging him for a room, and the customer relationship was pathetic.
