Tooth Mountain Farms

The rooms are cozy, and hygiene is well maintained. It’s a good property for the stay and ambience, and I’d visit again. There’s a lot of expansion and renovation happening across the grounds, so I hope they sort out the dining by then. We visited on a Friday, when most menu choices weren’t available. The pricey Friday lunch wasn’t worth it. Two lunch items and one dinner item were much too salty, and lunch seemed undercooked as well. The paneer chilly tasted good, though I expected softer paneer. I’m not sure there’s a dedicated chef. Friday dinner options were limited, so we skipped it and went out. That turned out to be a good call, since we found great food nearby. Saturday breakfast was surprisingly good, and we really enjoyed it.

The food choices are limited, but what we had was tasty. They don’t serve liquor and there aren’t many snacks on the menu, so I’d suggest bringing your own drinks and snacks. We stayed one night at Tooth Mountain with family and friends. The rooms were pleasant, with high ceilings and quirky decor, and the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Service was pretty good overall. We’d definitely return, perhaps to one of the adjacent properties owned by the same Sagar family, for a change of scene.

The lake with ducks, horse stable, cow shed, goats and chickens give the place a lovely rustic feel. There’s ample room for kids and plenty of games to choose from. The decor is tastefully done with artefacts. We had a lovely time at TMF. It’s calm and well maintained, with friendly, accommodating staff. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the beds cozy, and the washrooms clean. The food was delicious, with a spread of veg and non-veg dishes.

The food needs attention. The menu is limited, and even with a charcoal pizza oven, the pizza didn’t meet expectations for taste or quality. Dining needs a lot of improvement to match the pleasant stay. I had a mixed experience at Tooth Mountain Farms. The Parijat room was the highlight, spacious, clean and thoughtfully designed. The property feels peaceful and is great for a relaxing break, especially if you want to disconnect from city life.
