100 to 1, this stay was a serious failure on service and hygiene. I booked in Sangali through MakeMyTrip on its recommendation, but the experience fell far short of basic hospitality standards. The next morning, even though breakfast was prepaid for my one-day stay, a staff member said it belonged to the next day's guest. I had to explain my checkout time and meal entitlement for quite a while. After a 10-minute delay, they corrected the mistake and gave a belated, confusing apology. The night before, restaurant staff got confrontational about two water bottles I'd brought from my room. They insisted I had to pay, despite my explaining that the bottles were included with the room, and raised their voices. It took over 20 minutes and another manager stepping in before they admitted the mistake and apologized for the confusion. Then, when they brought a new bill to the table, a cockroach came out of the bill holder and crawled onto the dining table. That sanitation failure was disgusting and ruined the rest of my evening. Staff repeatedly caused needless confusion and delays, and their aggression was unacceptable. Finding a cockroach on the table points to a serious hygiene problem. I'd strongly recommend avoiding this property until staff training and sanitation improve significantly.

The rooms are really good, and the food is delicious too. It's one of the best options in town for the price. From here, Vijaynagar is a 2-3 minute walk away, with restaurants and a shopping centre.

A terrible place to stay near Sangli. The staff were arrogant and the service was pathetic, with plenty of attitude and nothing to back it up. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

The advertised deluxe continental breakfast was stale pastries and watery coffee. The room wasn't much better: musty smell, stained carpets, worn bedding, and visible mold in the shower. It looked like housekeeping had rushed through or skipped it. The air conditioning barely worked, so sleeping in the heat was impossible. When we asked to change rooms, staff said they were fully booked, even though the parking lot was nearly empty. At check-in the front desk staff had been rude and indifferent, barely acknowledging us. The whole stay felt like a rip-off, with filthy conditions and no effort to make guests welcome. I rarely leave reviews, but this was so bad I had to warn others. I'll never return and strongly recommend staying somewhere else.
