Hotel Lotus Residency

We paid 3000/- for executive room 208, but weren’t satisfied with the hospitality. The room smelled bad all day. My wife managed for four hours, then I had to take her out because the conditions were so poor. The AC was dripping, the shower didn’t work properly, the mug handle was broken, and one light was out. I called the afternoon receptionist about room service, but nobody came. I hope you understand our concern about the room. Thank you.

The rooms weren’t clean, and the towels were dirty, with one torn. Staff came across as very arrogant. Room service was slow too, taking around 30 minutes to respond to a query.

The rooms are spacious and the lighting is really good. The hotel is centrally located, and the staff are cooperative and polite, though they can be slow at times. Cleanliness could be improved, especially in the washroom. Apart from that, I have no complaint.

For this price, you can find better hotels in Sangli, or affordable ones in better locations. The facilities here are basic and the price is high. I’d consider it only as a last option in this price range.
