Hotel New Pride

Every time we come to the movie theater, the seats are dirty. Staff don’t listen when we ask them to clean, and they speak arrogantly, telling us to move to other seats. We pay for specific seats, but it seems all they care about is the money. They keep lying, and I’m very disappointed in their behavior. I request New Pride’s manager to look into this carefully and warn the staff.

The campus is good and spacious, and the food is good too. But the service is very poor. They don’t provide free drinking water, and there isn’t a good dispenser on each floor. You can only get packaged drinking water for a charge. The elevators are always out of order, and there are mosquitoes everywhere. It’s hard to sit even for 10 seconds.

I stayed for two days for a cousin’s wedding, and the whole experience was terrible. There was no cleanliness or hotel service, so we had to get a local caterer from outside and use their restaurant service. There was no management either, and we had to log all the guests and their key cards ourselves. There were only a handful of people to manage things, no cooperation, no poolside, no restaurant, and no reception at night. That’s all I have to say.

After I checked in, I asked when the restaurant closed and was shocked to hear there wasn’t one available. They said food could be found nearby or arranged if needed, but I was too tired and went to rest. Around midnight, I woke up itching and found bed bugs crawling over and biting me. It was a horrible nightmare, and no one was available in housekeeping or at reception at that hour. I still don’t know who gave this place a three-star rating or how they did it. They asked for the full tariff in advance, saying guests leave early in the morning without paying, so management made that a rule. If the hotel is under renovation, with the restaurant closed and no room service, they should shut it down until the work is over. Please check everything before booking this property.
