The prices are premium, but the portions and taste felt worse than a decent roadside dhaba. Even basic highway eateries offer better value. The rotis were rubbery and hard to chew, and the papad had a strong burnt smell and taste, like it had been fried in old oil. Service was rushed, with waiters pushing us to order before we had time to decide. The hotel looks impressive from outside, but the restaurant was a huge letdown. I wouldn’t recommend dining here. This is my regular stop on long drives, and I always come here to eat. The residency and restaurant are in separate sections. Washrooms are clean, the food is decent and hygienic, though a little overpriced. Best of all, it’s pet-friendly.

A handy place for desi snacks right on the Pune Banglore highway. They start serving early, around 7am, and close at about 10pm. Parking is plentiful, and the restaurant’s toilet block is clean. The food comes fairly quickly and is reasonably priced. Rooms are neat and clean too.

We stopped here for a night on our way back to Mumbai, and it was awful. The staff weren’t welcoming, and the washroom water smelled so bad it was hard to use. The rooms were spacious, but clearly not cleaned properly: stains on the white sheets and dead cockroaches on the floor. The bathroom was filthy, including the bucket and mug. We asked for replacements, but were told there were no clean ones. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you care about basic hygiene.

That misal was easily the worst I’ve tried. The pav came out cold and hard. I arrived expecting more, but the hype really isn’t worth it.
