At Hotel Grande Seeta in Udaipur, our family had a very comfortable, relaxing stay. The rooms were super clean and well maintained, and the staff were polite, supportive, and always ready to help. The stay was excellent for families, with everything feeling hassle-free. Highly recommended if you're after somewhere clean and comfortable, and we'll definitely choose it again.

The staff responded when we raised problems and tried to help. The location near Udaipole bus stand is the hotel's strongest point, especially for public transport or quick trips around the city. Still, Hotel Grande Sita was an average stay overall, and mainly suits a short visit because of where it is. At check-in, the room wasn't properly clean and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, making things uncomfortable at first. The hotel kit wasn't ready, we had to ask for basic toiletries, and the bathroom basket was broken. These details need more attention, along with housekeeping and room preparation. The tariff felt high for the facilities and condition, and the location alone doesn't justify the cost. With better cleaning, timely room setup, and regular maintenance, the hotel has potential.

The location is very good, close to Udaipur Railway station. The rooms are okay, though not the best, and both room service and food need improvement.
