We had a great family stay at Sejal Inn Saputara. The rooms were comfortable and kept in good condition, and the place was clean. Staff were polite and supportive, and the location made it easy to relax. We really enjoyed the experience and would recommend it.

We got the room with the Saputara view we were hoping for, and the hotel's location was top notch. The food was excellent, with no complaints, and room service arrived within minutes of calling. I'd gladly come back and recommend it to others.

I spent one day here and had a very good experience. The central location was convenient, the rates were reasonable, and the food was superb, with plenty of breakfast choices. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only issue was that the intercom didn't work.

The food was good, and the overall stay was decent. The rooms aren't luxurious, but they were clean. Service could be better, though, and the corridor was very noisy. Staff talked loudly there, and their voices echoed.

The service felt more predatory than welcoming. We thought breakfast was complimentary, then found unexpected charges for it on the final bill. That bill was also higher than our confirmed booking price, with no clear explanation. Check the receipt carefully and get confirmation in writing for anything described as included.
