The pool was a big hit with my kids, and it was clean and clearly well cared for. We had a comfortable room, and the in-room dining brought tasty food quickly. Pooja, Varsha, and Sumana were especially warm and took great care of us during our wonderful stay at Ramada. We had a great time and would be glad to return. It seems like a good choice for families.

The staff really stood out, they were trained, helpful, and hospitable. The breakfast buffet was decent, and Ramada katesar is a good place to stay overall. Still, the rooms and facilities indoors could use more checks. For the price, I don't think it's worth it, since both the food and accommodation were only average.

The cockroach problem in our family room was the one bad part of the stay. We had come all the way from Chandigarh and were too tired to ask for another room, so we dealt with a few cockroaches ourselves and got some rest before a long drive the next day. I told them at checkout and hope management acts quickly. The place was peaceful and away from the city's rush, and the staff were courteous and gave us excellent service. Aside from the infestation, the stay was pleasant.

Being away from home, I felt at home during the birthday celebration. Mr Ravi and Mr Mukesh kindly set up a cake cutting with the whole staff, a lovely surprise and a really memorable gesture. The reception was friendly, the staff were attentive and courteous, and my stay at Ramada Varanasi was great.

I was there for a wedding function. The staff were welcoming and the place had a formal feel, while the food was definitely delicious. For what it costs, though, I think the dining area could look more appealing. Aside from that, it was a decent, pretty normal experience.
