The washroom was so cramped that barely two people could stand there, and the washbasin had no pipe connection. There wasn't a mirror, chair, stool, or cupboard, and they didn't even provide drinking water. The staff were extremely rude, the room and surrounding area were awful, and the blanket and bedsheet were filthy. I had booked three days but left within three hours and found another hotel. I lost 3500 rupees. Oyo should blacklist places like this. It isn't suitable for families or couples.

They kept making problems for customers arriving through booking sites other than Oyo, and pushed them to book with Oyo instead. They also pressured guests to give a full rating to make the place look good. In my experience, the service and staff behavior were bad, they didn't provide all the facilities, and cleanliness was poor. They seem selfish about getting extra money, and I wouldn't stay here for a long time, even a week.

The rooms are nice, clean, and tidy, and the staff are supportive. The rate is low, and it's near Cafe Coffee Day. The location can be hard to find, so contact the hotel first and they'll guide you.

A third-rate experience. The owner was impolite and made me cancel my Oyo booking because he wouldn't accept the rent shown in the Oyo app.

Agoda doesn't tell you that the hotel isn't available to foreign guests. When I arrived, they refused to let me stay. It was a very bad experience, everything went wrong.
