The staff were rude. The bathroom sink tap and flush weren't working. There was a TV and remote, but neither had batteries. When I asked, the hotel person said, “You have to leave early, so why do you want to watch TV?”

Even after paying in full through OYO, the hotel wouldn't accept customers who had booked online. It's a hassle to arrive and then be turned away, so I wouldn't recommend booking this hotel.

I couldn't get any feedback because nobody answered when I called. The number on Google just redirects to the OYO call center.

Good facilities, and a good hotel for a reasonable rate.
