The location was just adequate, and the stay was unpleasant for my family. The AC didn't work, the sheets and covers needed replacing, there were no food options, and drinking water wasn't included. This place needs renovation and a real overhaul. 😕👎

I travel a lot, and my recent two-night stay here was awful. The hotel was locked after 10 PM, so I couldn't freely get to my own room, and the hot water tap was turned off, leaving no bucket of water. There was no Wi-Fi, kitchen, or room service, and hygiene was at zero. I found bed bugs and worms in the toilet. The staff's behavior seemed doubtful, and the only thing they had was a rude manager. I also doubt the 3, 4, and 5 star reviews are real. To me, this hotel deserves zero stars.

They refused to let me check in because I'm local, from Satara and the surrounding area. I wanted a quiet stay by myself, but the person at reception turned me away without giving any reason. I used to admire this hotel and recommend it to lots of people. I won't do that anymore. Double standards.

The prices are way too high for a room that isn't worth even half that. There's no Wi-Fi, room service, or cleaning service, and the hot water doesn't work properly. The manager was arrogant and uncooperative. TBH, this is the worst place. Please don't come to this "hotel."
