The food and service were the bigger problems for me. I asked for customized Khichdi for my kid, but they ignored the request and sent a substandard version. Breakfast was included in my booking, but there was no buffet. The choice was limited to poha, idli, or misal pav, and they didn't have anything else when I asked. Housekeeping and service were very poor, so it didn't feel worth the money. The hotel is a little outside the city, and the room I rented was quite small with no basic cupboard. Both the room and bathroom needed a deep clean. I'd only suggest staying here with friends for a night or two if there's no other option. I wouldn't recommend it for families.

The owner personally made sure we were comfortable and satisfied, and was kind and supportive. The staff were just as welcoming, always polite, humble, and ready to help with a smile. We had a wonderful stay and felt that guests were valued.

We stopped here for one night while travelling. It's budget friendly and very close to the highway, with a medical store right next door, which was a plus. The room was clean and suited an overnight stay. Staff were friendly, welcomed our pet, and provided good enough service.

The staff were friendly, the food was quite good, and we had a comfortable stay. There were a couple of issues, though: the room had no towels, and the windows had glass frames but no grills, which didn't feel very safe for kids. Aside from those things, everything else was good.

We ate at the restaurant in the same building and liked the range of meal options. The hotel service was very good, and our two-day booking did what we needed. It's good value for money, though there's no lift. If you or a family member needs one, you'll have to consider another place.
