We only stayed because we'd missed our train and it was already very late. The location was awful, and the whole place had a cheap feel. When we arrived, two boys were drinking alcohol at the entrance. The rooms were dirty in every way. We'd booked two rooms but ended up sleeping in just one. Please avoid staying here.

The food quality was very poor, and the owner behaved badly and didn't know how to treat customers. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We came back from the market to find the room lock open, so the staff clearly weren't attentive to room security. The washroom and bedsheets were unhygienic, which made for a very bad stay.

We booked two rooms for five people and agreed to pay ₹300 for extra bedding. The receptionist told us about the charge at check-in, and we paid it in advance. We asked for the bedding several times, first at reception and then through room service. We were repeatedly told it would be arranged, but it never arrived. Our stay was short, so we had to manage without it. At checkout, we asked for the charge back because the bedding hadn't been provided, but the staff refused. The service was extremely disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel because of the poor customer service and lack of accountability.
