The rooms were comfortable, clean, and in good shape, and the activity areas were spacious and a big hit with the kids. We had a pleasant family stay at Hotel Tiger Kingdom in Ranthambore. The resort is fairly new, as is much of the staff, but they were polite and keen to help. The drive from Delhi was smooth, with good roads the whole way. Meals were the weak spot. The buffet didn't have much variety, and the food was a little too salty. Some improvements to the dining and more staff training would help. It was an enjoyable stay, and the resort has plenty of potential for families.

The restaurant food was really good, and the staff were very courteous. There was no valet to take the car from reception to the parking area, though, and the road to the hotel is so bad that reaching it at night was difficult. A nice visit for Club Mahindra members. The property is beautiful, with a huge lawn, but the spacious rooms weren't up to the mark. The cupboard was dirty and seemed rotten, and only one door could be opened. The marble bedback got freezing in the cold, so sitting upright against it wasn't pleasant. There was no hot water early in the morning.

The resort was good apart from the cable TV, which really needs an upgrade to smart TVs. Getting there means taking a long, winding kacha road. It was covered in slush from the rain.

The surroundings were quiet and the location was convenient. My room was comfortable and well looked after, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Service was quick too. I had a great stay and would recommend it.

Really good stay. Sai Jhanjha Mohanty was a huge help and made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend!
