We were there on November 23 for our anniversary, but had forgotten to tell the hotel beforehand. Mr. Hanuman ji picked up that something was missing, asked what we were celebrating, and told us to give him 15-20 minutes while we enjoyed the pleasant evening views. He then decorated our room using his own initiative, with no extra charge. That kindness made the occasion memorable and says a lot about the staff. We loved the food, especially lunch, and would return for it. The network connection could be better, though being away from our phones also made it easier to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The staff made this stay for me. They were so accommodating and sweet, and did everything they could to make it memorable. The property itself is very good too. I really enjoyed being here and would happily come back.

The Wi-Fi barely worked, and there was no mobile signal in the room. The balcony was also being maintained, even though we had already been assigned that room. Lunch on arrival was poor, around 4/10. When we brought this up, staff said we should expect such things in a wild area and adjust. They would not move us or try to sort out the problems, despite saying customer satisfaction was their motto. I left very unhappy with the service and amenities, and was surprised to see the resort rated four stars. Check every amenity with them before booking.

The access road is muddy and made getting to Clark Safari Ranthambore inconvenient. Basic needs were also poorly handled: no proper drinking water arrangement, unreliable electricity and inadequate lighting, and no room telephone. Management and facilities fell below even basic hospitality standards. This was one of my worst hotel experiences, and I would advise against booking this property for either a stay or an event.

The food was good and there was a decent spread, but the buffet only began once the first guest arrived, not at the posted time. I'd suggest getting there 20-30 minutes early. In Room 212, the bathroom lock was broken and the door wouldn't shut properly. The ladies' washroom by reception was very dirty, which was especially upsetting for my wife after we'd traveled almost four hours. The TT bats are completely worn out and need replacing urgently.
