We stayed for one day and checked prices on two websites. We booked and cancelled on bookingo.com, and also used go ibibo.com, but at checkout they said we'd booked two rooms and had to pay for both. They wouldn't listen and just wanted money. Worst staff, really awful people. Mineral water cost us 45 rs per bottle. Nonsense.
10/10
The staff were really helpful, and all the basic facilities were there.
8/10
It's a budget hotel with the basic needs covered: a clean room and toilet, with no smell. The bedsheet did have stains. Being in the middle of the market means shops and all sorts of items are easy to find.
8/10
We found it a nice place for our budget, with good service too. They provided a canter for our safari, and the person at reception was really helpful in booking it. There was free Wi-Fi, and the rooms were big enough for a comfortable stay.
6/10
The hotel is on the main road, and the room and bathroom were spacious. The taps leaked, there were no charging points near the bed for a phone or laptop, and the sheets and pillow cover were dirty.
