The Ranthambore safari was the trip’s highlight, but Puratan Qila made our stay feel complete. We loved the hospitality, food, spa services, roomy and well-kept rooms, cleanliness, and evening entertainment. Every staff member went out of their way to look after us. We wanted to try Rajasthani cuisine, which wasn’t on the menu that day, and they arranged it for later. It was delicious and made to a very high standard. We left feeling so content, and we’ll miss Puratan Qila and the staff who took such good care of us.

We ate all three meals at Puratan Qila since there aren’t many nearby options, and each one was delicious. The food wasn’t oily or heavy, with a nice balance of flavor and health. Rajendra went the extra mile to make our stay more comfortable and memorable. The property is beautiful, with lush green gardens, trees, and lots of birds around. It’s a lovely spot for a relaxing weekend along with the Ranthambore Safari experience.

The calm atmosphere and spotless, thoughtfully designed rooms made our stay at Puratan Qila comfortable and relaxing. Service was prompt and courteous, always with a smile, and the staff took care of every little detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. A big thank you to the whole team, especially Mr Sumit & Ms Pragati, for making it such a pleasant and memorable visit. We look forward to returning and highly recommend the place.

We booked 11 rooms for a two-day family holiday, and the stay was comfortable. Service was fast and good, the staff were very helpful, the food was excellent, and the property has a lovely ambience. Mr. SUMMIT from Puratan Qilla deserves special thanks for making our family trip wonderful. We’ll definitely visit again. I hope the owner and property manager keep the rooms and service just like this in the future.

The staff made both of my visits really comfortable. Shiv sir at the front desk and Rajendra in the restaurant were especially helpful, and everyone was friendly and attentive. I’ve stayed at this resort twice and had a great experience each time. It’s one of the best resorts in Ranthambore, and I’ll stay here again when I’m back.
