Singhvilas Ranthambore-By Leisure Hotels

We had a cozy, comfortable stay, and the staff were so polite. Dinesh Kumar ji and FNB manager gaurav chahar were especially supportive throughout. The property is very good.

The food was disappointing for the price, with little variety and a taste that didn’t match the premium charges. They also refused morning tea before 8 AM and wouldn’t provide one extra comforter for three guests. We got just two small water bottles and tea sachets at check-in, with no more supplies during the stay. Room service requests went unattended as well. There were several basic maintenance problems: the bathroom doors wouldn’t close properly, the door knob was coming loose, and the hair dryer didn’t work. The design and aesthetics are impressive, but the overall experience was far below what I’d expect from a premium stay. We’d been promised guaranteed early check-in and late check-out, but were first told the cottages were full. Those promises were honored only after we stood our ground. The front desk manager was curt and unaccommodating throughout. At this price, the upkeep and service were unacceptable. I hope the owners address the infrastructure and staff training. Guests paying for comfort shouldn’t have to deal with such basic problems.

We went to singhvillas with my family for a vacation that was also a celebration, and I loved the hospitality and the whole experience. Mr Gaurav helped us whenever we needed him. Thanks a lot!

Restaurant manager Gaurav Chahar put in a lot of effort to make us happy and give us a great stay. Great place, and great staff.
