The paintings are the one thing I really liked. If you’re into art, you might enjoy staying here. They say this is an old Queen mansion. The room facilities are poor: there’s no geyser for hot water, no intercom, and no Wi-Fi. It may suit solo budget travelers, but I wouldn’t recommend it for families. Don’t rely on other people’s photos, check mine.

I found the staff friendly and easy to work with, and the ACs were working fine. The towels weren’t great, so I’d suggest bringing an extra set. During my late June stay, it rained on and off and the rooms filled with crickets in the evenings. The hotel is in the middle of a forest, so that’s understandable. It’s a decent place for a quick stay in Ranthambhore.

Very bad hotel. There was no hot water, and they only accepted cash, with no digital payment. They were rude, didn’t take the payment first, then came to the other hotel to ask for it. Cash only is illegal in the country. I’d recommend everyone avoid this place.

Give this nice hotel a try, but if you’re watching your spending, get lunch or dinner at a nearby restaurant. They’re cheaper than the hotel food.
