Ranthambhore Kothi

The food was excellent, with amazing taste. There was also a cultural program during high tea. I stayed three nights and four days, and it was a wonderful experience. Sandeep ji was particularly courteous and supportive, always available to make sure guests were comfortable.

Getting here takes you along a broken approach road for about 5 km. Many properties, including Taj Sawai, are on it. Call Sandeep when you enter sawai madhopur instead of trusting Google Maps, which may send you down a jungle track and leave you lost. Sandeep even arranged to have my car washed after it got filthy on that road. The rest of the stay was great value for money. The property is green and peaceful, with comfortable rooms, tidy washrooms, and excellent housekeeping. The cottages and pool-view rooms have lovely private spaces, and I’d choose one of those over a deluxe room. The staff accommodate even small requests. Salman, who runs the restaurant, was very cordial and helped with our meal needs. The food was simple, varied, and delicious. We also enjoyed the private bonfire, available for a small cost, on a winter night. Sandeep, the property manager, runs things very well and is courteous and helpful. The pool was clean, enjoyable, and well cared for, and the surrounding pool area was lovely. We found the rooms comfortable and well maintained. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere, good service, and delicious food. A great place to stay in Ranthambore.

We had a relaxing family stay, with delicious food and plenty of variety. The resort has a peaceful jungle feel, and the clean, spacious rooms made us comfortable. Staff were attentive and very courteous, which helped make the visit memorable. I’d recommend it to families coming to Ranthambore for a pleasant, safe stay.
