We stayed for six days split into two visits, and there was no hot water on five mornings. I had to use cold water, and it was only bearable on checkout day. The property manager and Oyo are responsible for addressing this, along with the young staff's poor conduct and the technical issues. I’d avoid the place until they make those corrections. I was travelling with my 1.5 year toddler and had left four bananas in the room for snacks at odd hours. While we were sightseeing in Hyderabad, the cleaning staff took them. Reception did arrange replacements around 10:30 PM after I reported it, and that earns the one star. The restaurant and property bill separately, and the restaurant expects payment after eating. Its service staff were inattentive and lacked hygiene and basic manners, handling spoons by the eating end before putting them on guest plates. Late at night the lobby and reception staff were hopeless. I was already carrying a heavy bag back to my room when reception loaded it with two water bottles and asked me to take them up. In the mornings, room service staff took over the guest elevator and wouldn't let guests use it until they'd finished their work. Theft, irresponsible staff, and no coordination. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I booked through OYO and came away disappointed. The rooms and bathrooms weren't as clean as the photos suggested, and the hotel had hot water supply problems. When I raised that with OYO, they left it to me and the property manager to sort out. In its push to expand, OYO has let quality slip and is onboarding properties that aren't even worth it.

The property had power problems in more than three of its seven rooms, and guests were left to put up with the outages. OYO is supposed to fix issues at its properties, but despite several complaints, nothing was done. The hotel also has no kitchen, so booking a room with breakfast included makes no sense because nothing will be served. Our room wasn't cleaned for two days, the sheets weren't changed, and there were no towels or pillow covers. I ended up sweeping the room myself. Paying to travel to another city and clean a hotel room is horrible. The rooms were in pathetic condition. Please don't book here.

The restaurant food was really good, as were its staff, and the bed itself was comfortable. But we booked for seven days and I had to call repeatedly. I was bringing my recently operated-on mother from Yashoda hospital, and the reception was the worst part. They didn't even provide ordinary drinking water; the hot water we asked for smelled of onion and was foul. After calling reception three times, it took four hours to get one 500 ml bottle. The bathroom was very dirty, covers weren't changed until the third day, and we had spider bites and bugs. My hand ended up covered with an infection. Worst OYO experience.
