Hotel O Vasundhara Guest House Tankbund

The internet pictures showed a hotel in very good condition, but I think they hid what their own rooms looked like and used other reference photos to fool customers. We booked through the App and got confirmation from Go aibibo App, but the actual place was nothing like the pictures. The rooms and washroom were very dirty, with lots of mosquitoes, faulty taps, and not even a water bottle. There weren't any proper facilities or neatness. This was the worst hotel experience I've had. I won't use this App or choose this place again after this kind of fraud. I'll share what happened online so others don't get fooled like us.

Oyo usually offers a reasonable price, but this hotel staff asked for more money when I arrived. I had booked an AC room, but they first gave me a non AC room. Since it was midnight and I had nowhere else to go, I paid another 500 rupees for an AC room. OYO really needs to look into this. Even after paying extra, no water came in the washroom and the AC didn't work properly. The bedsheets were kind of dirty, and the pillows had hair on them, as if they'd been used. Worst experience.

The room was filthy, with hair on the bed, a lizard in the bucket, and a bathroom leak. I arrived a bit before my booked time, but the admin wouldn't let me in and told me to find another property until my booking started or pay a full day's charge. I paid, and then he let me in. Never recommended.

The room was very dirty, the pillow hadn't been washed, and there was a terrible smell. The workers treated me badly. Inside the bed, fungus had formed, and I'm attaching proof. The entrance was surrounded by a septic tank smell. 🤢🤮 Please take action.
