I stayed here alone in a single room for a few days, including while I was in town for spine surgery. I had looked at many hotels for a clean room at an affordable price and was very satisfied when I found this one. For 1000 rupees, I felt it was worth it. They first asked 1000, but gave it to me for 900 when I asked, without any fuss. The room and bathroom were cleaned daily, something I hadn't seen even at hotels where I'd paid over 1000. The staff were friendly and down to earth. I felt safe as a woman travelling alone: the windows, room lock and bathroom lock all felt secure. There's also a lift. I don't know why others say the rooms aren't clean or post bad reviews. They weren't money minded with me, since they lowered the price when I asked. I'd recommend it to families and women travelling solo. If you want to stay, check the room first and then book. Thanks, team panchavathi😁🙏🏻

There was a bad smell from the washroom, no basic facilities, and a disturbing noise from the lift. During the three days I was there, they never cleaned the room. Even one star feels too much.

I've been staying here as a customer for almost 10 years. The staff are friendly, rooms are spacious, and daily cleaning is available. There's a lift. Ask reception if you need AC, TV or Wi-Fi. It's about 1500 rupees for two people, with an extra bed costing 400. The railway station is a five minute walk away, and Hotel Padmaja is a good restaurant nearby. Overall, a good place to stay.

We booked an AC room and paid the full fare before arriving, but at check-in they flatly refused to give us one and told us to contact oyo. It took 30 minutes before we could finally get into a room. I'm totally dissatisfied and wouldn't consider this hotel.

The room could use better facilities. We didn't get a towel for the first two days, and shampoo and conditioner would be useful bathroom items to provide. It's very close to Secunderabad railway station, with plenty of food and shopping options nearby.
