I come to India every year and prefer to stay here because they greet me with such warmth and affection. For the price, it’s more than good enough, though some things could be better. It’s worth every penny to me. Atul Bhat, whose review I read, was sitting next to me and troubling every customer. I asked him to stop shouting because my baby had started crying, but he kept yelling for no reason. I think he needs help with his mental health, and I suggest Google remove his comments.

The rooms are clean, hygienic, and very comfortable, so it’s a good place to stay with family. I also appreciated the taste and quality of the hotel food.

A pleasant, really nice stay. The staff were very humble, and all the services were good.

I stayed at 7seven Luxuary Hotel and found the experience extremely disappointing. The room looked nothing like the online photos, and the cleanliness and maintenance were very poor. There were stains and marks on the walls, loose and unsafe switchboards, and a chipped, damaged wooden door laminate. The bathroom mirror edges were broken and rusted, while the showerhead and towel rack were old and corroded. The toilet area looked unhygienic, with poor sealing and stains, and there were water leakage marks on the floor. Behind the bed, I saw exposed screws and broken fittings. The whole room felt unclean and not maintained. For the price, this standard is unacceptable. The hotel needs renovation, better housekeeping, and quality control. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless management improves the property.
