There was no parking, and a staff member named Joseph was extremely rude when showing me the room, acting like he owned the building. The worst experience I've had. If you want to ruin your stay, book here.

I couldn't get a proper invoice for my stay, just a 20Rs invoice from OYO, and the hotel had no contact details. OYO customer care was useless, with only IVR menus and no support. They didn't seem to care.

We booked two rooms because the location suited the places we needed to visit. The rooms were clean, the staff helpful, and the stay very pleasant. Breakfast was complimentary, simple but good, and there was parking on site.

It's on the main road, about 1.5 km from Secunderabad station. My stay was quite good overall, though room service took a little while.

The rooms were badly maintained and definitely not worth the price. There were no hangers in the wardrobe, no instructions for using the water heater, and the TV in the room didn't work. I had to remind them to get it sorted.
