The rooms are decent, but the food and service were awful. They only cleaned the room when asked, and I had to request water bottles too. Breakfast was pathetic, my college hostel served better. Food was horrible and took ages to arrive. Then, after serving it, they said outside food wasn't allowed, so no Zomato or Swiggy. It felt like they were doing everything they could to leave us hungry. Thanks for the service :) P. S. I was surprised it had a 4 star rating. I felt scammed!

The rooms were a decent size, with wooden flooring, and the area was good for shopping. Those are the only reasons this gets one star. I booked after seeing the 5* ratings, but after three days there, I think those reviews are paid and fake. It was the worst hotel stay of my life. The in-house restaurant didn't open until after 8, so there was no morning coffee, and complimentary breakfast wasn't served until after 8.30am. The breakfast tasted awful. Any food ordered to the room took at least an hour, and they only cleaned the room if asked. I got no towel for three days until I went to ask. One day they gave me just one and told me to make it work for two adults. The room was full of mosquitoes. I asked for Allout at least six times, but they didn't care. I also had to ask every day for complimentary water, including on check-in day. The TV DTH connection never worked, and I didn't complain because nothing was good. I won't count the room change at 10.30pm because of a power problem against them, since that could happen to anyone on a bad day. The staff were polite, but what does that help when the service is so poor? Don't trust the 5* reviews, and book at your own risk.

Breakfast was always late, with service starting at 8 30 am, and the choices were just idli, toast, upma, and sambar. No boiled eggs or omelettes. The room itself was enormous, clean, and well kept, with a sofa and study table, and the bathroom was clean too. It was a comfortable room overall.

The staff were really friendly, and I had a wonderful stay. The room and washroom exceeded my expectations, with a proper dining area and a complimentary buffet breakfast that had lots of variety.
