This was my second stay at this hotel in Ranigunj. My first visit was pleasant and I was happy with the service, but this time was very poor and frustrating. As a parent with a small child, I had a lot of difficulty because management wouldn't cooperate or allow us to check in. It was very disappointing.

Hotel Holiday in Ranigunj, Secunderabad was a pleasant, reliable choice for my stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were courteous and provided excellent service throughout. It's well located for quick trips to both the metro and railway station, whether you're visiting briefly or staying longer.

There were cockroaches all over the room, and the bedsheets were stained. When I asked for a replacement TV remote, they gave me another broken one. This place isn't fit to host guests.

The rooms were in terrible shape, with worn-out mattresses, toilets that didn't work, and far too many cockroaches. The AC in the rooms advertised as AC rooms wasn't working, and there was no cleanliness. Worst experience ever.
