The place felt peaceful, and getting around from the location was convenient. Room service was fast, and the food tasted good. My room was clean, roomy, and looked after well. Staff were professional, friendly, and ready to help. It was comfortable and good value, and I'd stay here again when I'm in the area.

We paid Rs.1200 at the front desk without an online booking, which was fine, but the stay was awful from the start. Nobody helped us carry our luggage up to the third floor, and the lift wasn't working. The AC was set to 16, yet the room still wouldn't cool down. Mosquitoes kept us from sleeping, and there was a large hole in the restroom with no mesh door. The walls had lots of liquid spots on them, and I couldn't tell what they were. Sorry this is harsh, but management needs to address it. I attached photos for reference.

If negative ratings were allowed, I'd give this place -100. There was no internet or TV, and the staff were rude and disrespectful to guests. They wouldn't even provide toothpaste, and it doesn't deserve townhouse status. Maybe it's only useful for young Oyo lovers who don't care about getting any service.

I booked seven ground-floor rooms for Aug 25, but the staff refused to give them to us. One staff member gave rooms to someone with a Sept 25 booking instead, after they paid tips. The lift wasn't working either, and the staff behaved very badly. From my own experience, don't stay here.
