The Jawai Sagar Resort

We were a family group of eight, including two children, staying for one night. It was brief, but left us with moments we won't forget. The property is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and the staff looked after us from arrival until our early departure at 6:30. Ankit and the restaurant staff quickly made tea and toast for breakfast and packed some for later. Neeraj ji, Subodh ji, and Ravi ji coordinated everything smoothly so we didn't have any inconvenience. The route is not very convenient, which is why I gave the location four stars, but once you arrive you may forget the journey. The rooms are spacious, the food is good, and the staff are welcoming. A must-go if you're planning a leopard safari in Jawai. The safari is unlike anything I think you can experience elsewhere in India. The rough ride over the rocks was even more thrilling than spotting a leopard. We were lucky to see a mother leopard and her two cubs playing on a hilltop, which made our day and fulfilled our reason for coming to Jawai. Thanks as well to everyone who carried our luggage to the vehicle in the morning. Getting it there meant walking several hundred metres along a muddy road, which was an adventure in itself. The resort is peaceful, well maintained, and just right for a relaxing getaway. The staff's heartfelt service is what makes it special. Subodhbhai and Sureshbhai were especially warm and attentive, and their genuine care helped make our stay unforgettable. The food was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully prepared. Every meal felt thoughtfully made, and we enjoyed dining there throughout our visit. Highly recommend staying here. Can't wait to return!

You reach this scenic place by boat, which makes arrival exciting. It's surrounded by rocks on one side and a lake on the other, and swimming beside the rocks in Leopard nation was refreshing and so much fun. Mr Subodh (GM) was a great host, and the reception was warm. The hospitality, food, and service were great, and the rooms were clean and very spacious. The campfire and night safari were a whole different level of experience. Amritara is worth a visit in Jawai, especially if you love nature. Five stars and more.
