The Grand Rajwada

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, which made for a pleasant stay with our family. Hotel management showed impressive hospitality, and the courteous, attentive staff took care of our needs promptly. We had a wonderful experience and appreciated the team’s warm, professional service. We look forward to returning and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to stay.

The room was dirty, there were insects, and the washroom was in very poor condition. Doors that wouldn’t close properly left us feeling uncomfortable and unsafe, and we ran into many other maintenance problems during our stay. For a hotel advertised as 3-star, the cleanliness and upkeep were very poor. We left feeling really upset. Management needs to improve hygiene, room maintenance, and customer care before taking in more guests.

The location is good, but the service was very poor. They couldn’t serve proper food, and after making me wait 30 minutes, they said the small thing I’d asked for, dada paratha, wasn’t part of the morning breakfast menu and would have to be paid for. That wasted my time. I called again and asked whether they could serve plain paratha in the morning if I was willing to stay, but they refused. I was ready to pay for it. If I can afford a 2000 room rent, I can pay for a plain paratha too. I’d even found that kind of flexibility at 5 star hotel sayajii. Rajwada is 7 starn, so apparently they won’t serve plain paratha. It made me very sad to have to leave such a nice place.

The location and facilities made everything convenient, and the overall service was excellent. The rooms were tidy and comfortable, and the staff were courteous and supportive. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.
