Oh Biz Executive at Leonia

The room was in terrible shape. The bed had clearly been repaired, badly, and it creaked and felt uncomfortable. Mosquitoes in the room left me with several bites and no proper sleep. Check-in was frustrating too, because the reception staff were rude and unhelpful from the moment I arrived. This was the worst hotel stay I've had. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Poor service and room conditions, with no effort to make guests feel welcome. Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5)

Food was a major problem. It's expensive and only average, the Chinese food is best avoided, and the Continental dishes are just in name, with a horrible taste. The desserts, including croissants, muffins, and Brownie, weren't fresh. The staff don't seem trained to understand what you need, and managers weren't around to hear grievances. For even small things, you have to call housekeeping or reception. Rooms are only average for the price, and the lift ceiling has a lot of build-up. Online it's overrated, and the charges don't meet basic expectations. The pool water looks blue thanks to chlorine, but I found it contaminated with urine. They couldn't provide a water test report and don't keep any records of one. People of all ages were in the pool, including kids, adults, young men, and women. Parents were undressing children in the open, and the authorities didn't intervene. The focus seemed to be on selling their branded swim dress, while decent families were targeted by staff. Many families entered without proper swimming attire, and the rules were enforced selectively.

In my bathroom alone at OhBiz, I found 7 cockroaches, and the rooms and common areas at both OhBiz and LICEC were full of them. Neither my room phone nor my friends' room phones at OhBiz worked, so we couldn't reach reception. The property felt very poorly managed and minimalistic, with staff who weren't well trained or equipped. The hotel arranged a private taxi at 400% of Uber's price. The driver was completely unprofessional, didn't know how to use google maps or the routes, and didn't have enough fuel to reach the destination. Even though we'd told the hotel at reservation how much luggage we had, they hadn't passed that information on to him. Not a good vacation experience. Avoid this property.

The ambience is awesome and the staff are good, but the rooms aren't cleaned properly...
