Fabhotel Prime Sm Deccan Park

Our flight was delayed, so IndiGo arranged a few hours at SM Deccan Park, Shamshabad, near the Hyderabad airport. We were travelling as a family in Room No. 401, which had two double beds. The room was very clean and hygienic, with excellent interiors, and we felt safe there. Even with our arrival around 3:00 AM, the staff were extremely helpful and brought good food to our room. I’d recommend this place to friends and family looking for a comfortable airport stay. Thank you, IndiGo Airlines, for arranging such a pleasant stop.

There are at least 20 hotels around here, but I picked this one because it was close to a Paradise Biryani outlet. I booked through make my trip and got a good deal. The hotel was decent and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was included, though it came quite late. Outside noise came through because the room wasn’t soundproof.

Mr. Deepankar Gupta, the hotel manager at Deccan Park SM Hotels, helped my family when our travel plans fell apart. We were flying from Dehradun to Kochi two weeks ago; first the flight was cancelled, then diverted to Hyderabad. Indigo Dehradun hadn’t told me accommodation would be arranged there, and the ground staff said I’d need to sort out a place myself. While looking at options, I met Mr. Deepankar Gupta. He worked with INDIGO Hyderabad and arranged a room for us for one night at his very comfortable hotel. His kindness and helpfulness meant a lot. I’ve met few gentlemen like him in a long time. The room was spacious, and the staff were polite. Check-in was quick, too. Wi-Fi could be faster, and breakfast was decent but had limited choices. It’s a clean, comfortable hotel in a great location and good value for the price. I’d stay again.
