There was seepage in the room, making it smell damp, and the wallpaper was peeling. The washroom leaked and smelled bad, there was dirt everywhere, and the dustbins were never cleaned. When we asked to change rooms, we were told there weren't any others available. Fabhotels had been described to me while booking as working with hotels offering three-star-like service. Do you call this a three-star property? When I complained, the only response was, "Let me see what I can do," but nothing was done.

I've been a Fabhotels customer for a long time, but don't trust them. There's a separate syndicate here that wants more money from you. Manager Dinesh is the worst person I've ever met. Don't even think of coming here.

Despite having an online booking confirmed and part paid, the manager initially refused me a room when I arrived, saying none was available. I had to get help from someone local who lived near the hotel. The hotel management and Fabhotel app management don't seem to coordinate.

This seems to be a newly opened or converted hotel affiliated with OYO. They'll only accommodate guests when the tariff suits them; otherwise, they may decline a booking and tell you they won't honor a confirmed OYO reservation. That leaves you having to pay extra if you still want to stay. If you arrive late at night, you don't have many alternatives. The intercoms aren't working yet.

This is a really lousy, cheap hotel, totally not recommended. They'll refuse your booking when you arrive, so don't make that mistake. Book somewhere else.
