The way the staff handled a payment issue made me uncomfortable even communicating further or settling the ₹2173 amount. I’d only do so after management reaches out with a genuine apology and shows it understands how customers should be treated. One staff member used inappropriate language, including “customer my foot.” There was no apology or sense of responsibility, and the attitude felt rude, arrogant, and frankly male-chauvinistic. The staff seemed to have a lot of ego issues. I shortened my stay by one night because of an early flight and paid through GPay. The payment went through, but after I’d left, staff said they hadn’t received it and kept calling. I told them I was travelling and would check and settle it within a week if needed. The calls continued every day, including Saturdays and Sundays. They wouldn’t listen, even after I said I’d pay if the harassment stopped. I stayed near the airport expecting basic hospitality, but the experience was pathetic and didn’t feel safe for a woman travelling alone or for a family. The Booking.com pictures were misleading. The sheets and blankets were torn and had to be changed three times. When I raised this politely, staff showed no concern for comfort and acted as though they didn’t care. I’d previously had a wonderful stay at Hotel Golkonda, which made this experience even more disappointing. Respect, empathy, and professionalism were all missing here. Travellers should think twice before booking this property.

The geyser didn’t work, and neither did the toilet flush, so the room was uncomfortable and unfit to stay in. We were in Room 302 with family, and it was in a very poor, unhygienic state. The bed had bed bugs (khatmal); bites caused one guest to have a medical emergency, which is serious and unacceptable. We paid expecting comfort but ended up with health risks, stress, and inconvenience. Management didn’t take it seriously. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to families or anyone. Think twice before booking.

The staff didn’t seem to care when we reported the problems, which made an already awful stay worse. The room had bed bugs, and we were very uncomfortable. There was no hot water, the sheets weren’t clean, and the towels were dirty or not properly washed. Hygiene and basic hospitality were lacking. I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially to families or anyone concerned about cleanliness.

The helpers were really helpful, and breakfast was manageable, though nothing special. But the management, front desk, and room maintenance need to do better. I’ve stayed here many times before when heading to the nearby airport, and it used to be so good. This time, the paint was peeling and falling off in a corner, the washbasin shook when I used it and looked like it might fall, and the bed runner was dusty and marked with dirt. Not as good as before.

During five nights I had to switch rooms three times. There were bed bugs and cockroaches, dirty pillows and blankets, and no proper cleaning. I even saw a rat in the ceiling. The blankets were torn, the room smelled of disinfectant spray, and I could feel the bed springs. The hospitality wasn’t good either. Worst stay.
