The outside looked fine, but the rooms were in terrible condition, and the hotel wasn’t hygienic. I paid Rs.1500 for one night and don’t think it was worth the price. The bathroom was very bad and hadn’t even been cleaned. When I told reception, they moved me to a room with a broken glass window. I changed rooms again and had the same hygiene problem. There was no key for the inner room lock, so you had to ask for one. I was unsatisfied.

I was told Oyo bookings only start at 12 PM, so when I asked to book directly for an early check-in, I had to pay separately. The room I got was below average, with a bathroom that barely worked. The sink and pipes leaked, the drain had problems, and the geyser didn’t work, so I had to make do with an immersion heater. Completely bad experience.

I booked a room for two days, but they made me leave on the first day, saying OYO rules required checkout at 12pm. Who checks out at midnight? The staff were rude and useless, and OYO never responded about the issue. Please don’t book through this hotel, OYO, or any other hotel app.

The bed was super comfortable, and Wi-Fi worked well. I also liked the cozy, peaceful atmosphere. The location made it easy to get to restaurants and transport nearby. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout. My room was clean, well kept, and had the basic things I needed for a short trip. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay at OYO Hotel Golden Pride. For an affordable place with decent service, I’d consider staying again.

There was no water supply, and the room and bed quality were poor. The service was very bad. Don’t book this hotel.
