We spent one night at this awful hotel, and it was a nightmare. The glass-fronted reception was the only decent part. The duty manager, bell boy, and housekeeping were all terrible. Our room hadn't been sanitized, the sheets weren't changed, and the blanket I was given had been used by the previous guest to masturbate. When I raised concerns, the staff argued back about everything. It's a rowdy, deeply unprofessional place, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. OYO should delist it.

The location is good, but I can't say anything positive about the rest. There are plenty of other hotels nearby, so look around unless you want to leave disappointed. I would have rated this zero if that were possible. The owner needs to take charge and run the hotel instead of leaving it to two or three useless people. Management seems to think the COVID battle is over, but the hotel follows no COVID protocols. Good luck, and I hope the service improves.

This may be the Vintage hotel that recently joined OYO. The location works, but the property is bare bones, basically four walls, with no kitchen or intercom. The staff are poor, especially the duty manager, who argues with guests. The bell boy cuts you off and walks away. There are no real COVID precautions. I felt like COVID had told the people of Shamsabad to stay put while it left, since nobody wears a MASK and guests coming from other states get zero precautions. Avoid staying here. You'll be disappointed.

I wouldn't choose this place for a family stay. The service was awful, there was no power backup, and I spent an hour sitting in the dark without anyone offering an alternative. There's no intercom either. We also had no hot water, and the bedsheets had food stains and weren't clean. At checkout, the staff took my phone and posted a five-star review themselves without asking. That was disrespectful and terrible. Never book OYO rooms, go with Ibibo instead.
