Hotel Signature Airport Zone Shamshabad Hyderabad

The ceiling fan in our room didn't work. Even after we complained and asked more than once, it wasn't repaired and they didn't offer another room. The receiving and night staff were quite helpful on our first day. The place was great, quite close to the airport and easy to find, though the Google location was nearly 400 m away in a different alley.

A new property close to the airport, with decent rooms for the price. The staff were helpful, good and courteous. Cleanliness in the room could be better, I'd give it 6/10. A decent place overall.

Room service was slow because they were short staffed, and management hadn't recharged the DTH, so I spent the time without TV. The complimentary breakfast wasn't served properly, so management would be better off not advertising it. There's no restaurant in the hotel either. Worst experience of my life.

I booked a premium room, but it was filthy, the bed wasn't clean, and there was a heavy smell that made the place stink. The AC wasn't working properly, and they even turned it off in the middle of the night. I complained and they switched it back on. The bathroom door wouldn't close. It looked to me like the room hadn't been cleaned in years. Room boys were asking for money to buy liquor. If you're traveling with family, please don't book here. I don't know how oyo has a 4 rating; after I posted my review, they removed it, so I'm posting here. Please don't book this hotel, you'll have the worst experience ever.
