Check the toilet, bathroom, and bedsheets before you check in. Our room had torn bed covers and sheets, stained carpets, dust everywhere, and a strong smell of stale smoke, sweat, and something unpleasant. There were also several spit stains on the floor and furniture, and it didn’t look like the room had been cleaned or disinfected properly. The washroom was just as bad, with clogged toilets, stained sinks, and mold and mildew in the shower corners. The cigarette smell in some rooms, including ours, was overwhelming. The property seemed badly managed. Staff were rude and uncooperative when we reported the problems, denied there was anything wrong, and didn’t provide adequate service. Our requests for clean linens, housekeeping, and a room change were ignored, and staff argued instead of helping. The lack of basic cleanliness, hygiene, and care for guests was shocking. I’d strongly advise against staying unless the property is renovated and staff receive training.

Management showed no interest in dealing with complaints or making sure guests were satisfied. It felt like they didn’t care about their guests or their reputation. The rooms were unhygienic, with dirty linens and poorly kept facilities. Basic requests were met with hostility, and staff were rude and unprofessional throughout my stay, making the atmosphere uncomfortable. The service was shockingly poor. I’d strongly advise avoiding this place and saving yourself the trouble. I’m giving one star because there wasn’t a lower option.

The rooms were dirty and unhygienic, and the staff were rude, stubborn, and didn’t know how to treat guests. The day care people looked at the women in a very bad way, which felt unsafe. The hotel was entirely empty, yet I was overcharged for a room. When I asked for the room to be cleaned and the bedsheet and pillow covers changed, the cleaner gave me attitude and said, “It is what it is.” I don’t recommend staying here. Lodges with staff and conditions like this shouldn’t be allowed to operate. Don’t go, even if it means staying outside all night.

The room was in very bad condition, and the bedsheets were rusty-looking and unclean. We booked an AC room on an ad hoc call, and they charged us a lot. If the owner can’t maintain hygiene, they should at least charge less instead of taking advantage of a customer’s situation. Bad experience.
