We thought we'd stay one night, but ended up spending a week there. Daffy and her family made our first visit to Shillong memorable. It's a beautiful, cozy place with a real home-like feel, and I'd especially recommend it for pets. If you love nature and a good night's sleep in the woods, it's a great choice, about 5-10 minutes from Police Bazar. Well worth it, thank me later!

The room and washroom were clean, and the food was superb, delicious and home-style. They made meals to suit what guests wanted, at reasonable rates. The owner was kind and gentle, and available to help at any time. It's a homestay in a British-era property surrounded by forest. I'd recommend it.

The homemade food was the highlight of my almost five-day stay. The rooms were comfortable and the surroundings peaceful. I'd suggest it for couples looking for somewhere quiet, away from the city.

The owners were so hospitable, and the local food was awesome. My room was cozy, clean, and really nice, with good WiFi, hot water, and a beautiful view. Everything about the place was amazing.

The owner's hospitality really stood out. She was so welcoming, and it's rare for an owner to check in personally and make sure everything is just right. Munna, the helper, was also very good natured and willing to help with any task. I'd highly recommend this hotel, you can book it without a second thought.
