The staff were always polite and ready to help during my nearly two-week stay. Mr Gaurav Sharma, the reception manager, was especially humble and helpful. He made sure things were taken care of and gave me local guidance when I needed it. My room was clean, spacious and cozy, and I had a great experience at Hotel Broadway. I’d recommend it if you’re visiting Sanjauli or Shimla.
Tea or coffee feels like a basic need in cold weather, but when we asked for tea around 9:30 PM, staff said it wasn’t available. The view might have been nice, except a container blocked the window, and nobody moved it after we asked. Our room was cramped for three and wasn’t clean. The carpet and blankets were particularly dirty, and the tiny bathroom lacked basics: no toilet paper, and towels only came after we asked. Management was uncooperative and the hospitality poor. A very disappointing stay, not worth it.
The views from the room were so soothing. The staff were cooperative and made our stay comfortable, even preparing customized food for us at a reasonable price. I’d definitely recommend staying here! ♥️

The staff were polite in manner, but they didn’t seem properly organized. Service was very poor, and the food quality wasn’t what I’d expect from a 3 star hotel.
