Hillcrest Harmony Gold

The banquet dinner was a highlight of our two days at Club Mahindra Mashobra, Shimla. The arrangements were excellent, with plenty of tasty choices, and the Food & Beverage service ran smoothly. Our room was spacious, well cared for, and had a lovely view. The resort is tucked into beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Umesh, Varun, Neeraj, Anuradha, Manisha, and Vandana were all polite, professional, and quick to help. We had a memorable visit and would gladly return.

Varun and Manisha were kind and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. We had a really relaxing family break at Club Mahindra Mashobra. The property sits amid nature, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was very good.

There’s nothing for children or adults to do here, and there were no evening events or comfortable places to sit with a drink. When I asked about arranging something, I was told everything was against policy. The rooms are extremely small, and the bathroom taps had no pressure. Breakfast was the most average I’ve had, with few choices and bland food. The property isn’t listed on the Club Mahindra site, though it uses the name. I’d only book it if spending time in an average room is what you want.

We spent three days here in March and found it comfortable and relaxing. The food was delicious, and the staff were so cooperative that they went out of their way to make things easy for us. Mr. Neeraj Sharma deserves a special mention for his warm welcome and excellent service.
