I stayed for 2 days and couldn't find a single thing I disliked. The hotel is right on the main road, and the room had an excellent view. Facilities were great, and breakfast had lots of variety and tasted good. Amazing place, I'd definitely suggest it to anyone coming to shimla.

The view was nice, and the rooms were super clean with all the facilities and amenities you need. It was one of the most memorable hotel stays I've had. Room service could be better, though. Being so close to the road means some noise, which might affect your sleep if you're a very light sleeper.

Getting around was easy from this convenient, accessible location. The staff were polite, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile, which made the stay even nicer. My room was clean, spacious, well looked after, and had all the necessary amenities. The food was good, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing.

The food was good and the staff very helpful. Everything else was fine, but the rooms aren't soundproof, and as a shallow sleeper I found it a bit hard to sleep properly.

I've stayed here before and found the staff polite, with parking and a nice restaurant. This time, severe snow meant the police wouldn't let us continue to shimla, so we had to turn back even though I had a booking. Ms Sonali at reception promptly replied to MMT, where I'd made the booking, and assured us about the refund after we explained our booking and travel situation. My refund is being processed. Thanks to cedar grand and Ms Sonali. I'll visit in the coming month and stay at cedar grand again.
