Hotel Auckland

I was stunned to see a bill of 100 rupees for plain Maggi. I could make the same thing myself for around 18 rupees. My mistake was ordering without checking the menu, since I never imagined Maggi could cost 100 rupees. The person who gave us the bill couldn't even use a calculator properly. That's the level of this so-called three-star hotel.

The rooms were small but fine, and the bathroom was okay. I liked the food a lot, and the food service was really good. The window nets came in handy. It was a good hotel and I'd recommend it.

They first said parking was included, but after I'd paid for the room, they told me it wasn't part of the price. They eventually agreed to provide parking after we argued, but I didn't appreciate them going back on what they'd said. Clear communication and honesty matter.

We came during the holidays when it was snowing, and just getting to the hotel was a nightmare. Service was disappointing too. Even tea or water took about 1 hour, and we weren't given a kettle or tea kit. The room cleaning was awful, while the food was average and not worth the price.
