Had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Baljees. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was polite, helpful, and made the stay smooth from check-in to check-out. The location is also convenient and makes it easy to explore nearby places. Food quality was good and service was prompt. Overall, a great experience with good hospitality and value for money. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and would love to visit again.

Very beautiful hotel with a very friendly staff. The breakfast was also good on both days of my stay. One of the most useful features is that the hotel has direct access to Shimla Mall Road through its back entrance.

I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Baljees Regency. Major issue is that the hotel has very long stairs and no convenient accessibility, making it very difficult for children and senior citizens to move around. The service was extremely slow and poor throughout my stay. Even simple requests took a very long time to be addressed. When we raised a complaint about the delay in service, the staff behaved very rudely instead of trying to resolve the issue. The hospitality and professionalism were clearly lacking.
