We paid 400 per person, 1200 overall, so the place felt worth the price for just a room. The view was nice, and it was peaceful and calm. I was with friends, so we enjoyed the stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it much. There wasn’t really any service, the room wasn’t very big, and the washroom had weak water pressure. No staff were available at night if you needed water or anything else essential, so keep that in mind.

A bad stay. The rooms are old, the washrooms were dirty, and there were no basic toiletries. Don’t pick it just because of the reviews.

The food tasted like home and was delicious, and the kitchen it came from was super clean. Staff were the real highlight, very helpful and hospitable. There’s a good view from the hotel windows, and it’s close to mall road, handy for shopping addicts. I highly recommend it to anyone planning to stay in Shimla.
