The room was neat and tidy, and the view was great. The food was amazing too, and chefs Rinku and Satpal were very polite. Vicky was a great help with room service. Please visit ❤️🩹❤️🩹

The rooms and washroom were spotless and well kept, and the food was delicious 😋. Service was prompt, and the staff were polite, helpful, and professional, which made the stay comfortable. It was reasonably priced for what we got. Hotel Valley View is one of the best places I’ve stayed in Shimla, and I’d recommend it for a trip for work or leisure.

The people here are gentle, so don’t be put off by other reviews. We had a nice stay and good food. Bring your family along, you won’t regret it.

The balcony view was the only good part. The room was so untidy and the bathroom had hair tangled in it. There wasn’t even a mug for bathing, and half the things in the room didn’t work. Such a yuck experience 😞🫣 We booked two days but left after one. Not worth even INR 1000 🙏🏻

The Wi-Fi didn’t work, though room service was available and the staff were good. The room was clean, they gave us extra blankets, and there’s a heater.
