At around 11 at night the power went out, and we were without electricity until 7 in the morning. We called the hotel staff and asked them to stay with us until the power came back, but they had to leave and rest, so we were left on our own. We waited for sunrise so we could get out of there. When we left, nobody came to speak with us or even check on us, which felt unsettling. The rooms were badly maintained, with strange insects around and no proper way to deal with them. It was a very bad experience. OYO should take serious action about the maintenance and the location. Safety matters too, and it was seriously lacking here.

Hello, I'm Neeraj. My family and I stayed from 2nd to 4th June, and we booked two rooms. Unprecedented traffic on the Chandigarh - Shimla highway got us to the hotel around 10.45 pm. First problem was finding it. The rooms were 9*9, with no toilet, no mirror, and not even enough space for luggage. One bathroom was also used by hotel staff. When we complained that there wasn't an attached toilet, despite paying what seemed a reasonable rent through Oyo, the drunken caretakers told us to vacate and leave. With family and kids, that was horrific. The caretakers, including Mr Umesh, were arrogant, ill mannered, drunken goons. An attempt to change the booking or room went unanswered by Oyo customer care and hotel staff. I don't know whether Oyo or the caretakers cheated us. This was a nightmare. #oyo, if you're listening, please delist this property. Friends, be vigilant when booking through Oyo, especially at an unnamed property.

The rooms were just okay, and the toilets weren't very clean. There wasn't proper staff either. It's about 200 feet below the main road, and getting there needs an expert driver.

The location is poor, down a steep slope about 500 ft. The hotel's service, though, is very nice.
