As a solo guest at The Orchid Hotel, I had a great stay and would recommend the property. The area is very good, with an amazing view, and the food was tasty and well prepared. I also spent time in the swimming pool. It’s a bit small, but clean and nice for relaxing. The security team were welcoming and professional. At the front office, Ms. Nikita Thakur and Ms. Yashita were polite and supportive, making everything smooth and memorable.

The breakfast and dinner were beyond what we expected, and both room service and housekeeping were excellent. Check-in was quick and straightforward. Every member of staff gave us great service. Compliments to Chef Sunny and the whole kitchen team, along with the rest of the hotel staff, including Vijay Mr vijay and Sakshi. I’d recommend orchid hotel and would book there again if I visit Shimla.

We were very comfortable, and the food was delicious. All the staff were polite. Nikita and Suja at the front office deserve a special mention for making check-in and check-out smooth. They also responded promptly to our questions and requests for help. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Chef Upendar Gupta made the food a pleasure at every meal. It was delicious, carefully prepared, and nicely presented. The front desk team also made things easy: Dishant was professional, courteous, and helpful with check-in and requests, while Saniya was kind, attentive, and always ready with a smile. From arrival onward, the welcome and service were outstanding. Everyone went above what we expected and helped make the stay comfortable and memorable. I had a wonderful time, highly recommend the hotel, and would choose it again.
